How we handle information when saving and sharing benchmark results. ベンチマーク結果の保存と共有時に扱う情報について説明します。
- All benchmark measurements run entirely on-device and are never sent automatically.
- Scores are sent to the community server only when you tap SHARE.
- Only device model, OS version, and benchmark scores are transmitted.
- We do not collect location, camera, microphone, or any personally identifiable information.
- No login required to use the app.
- ベンチマーク測定はすべて端末内で完結し、自動的に外部へ送信されることはありません。
- 「SHARE」ボタンを押した場合のみ、スコアをコミュニティサーバーに送信します。
- 送信するのはデバイス機種名・OSバージョン・ベンチマークスコアのみです。
- 位置情報・カメラ・マイク・個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。
- ログイン不要で使用できます。
This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of HDBENCH MOBILE ("the App", "we") handles user information.
本プライバシーポリシーは、HDBENCH MOBILE（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当社」）が、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
When you submit a score via the SHARE button, the following data is sent to the server. No other information is collected.
本アプリは「SHARE」ボタンによるスコア送信時に、以下のデータをサーバーに送信します。それ以外の情報は収集しません。

The App does not collect any of the following:

- Name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information
- Location data (GPS)
- Camera or microphone access
- Contacts, photos, or file system access
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)
- User-assigned device name
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報

Submitted data is used solely for the following purposes:
送信されたデータは、以下の目的にのみ使用します。
- Displaying and comparing scores on the community leaderboard
- Aggregating average scores and statistics per device model
- コミュニティランキングへのスコア掲載・比較表示
- デバイス別の平均スコア集計・統計情報の提供
Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
広告・プロファイリング・第三者への販売目的には一切使用しません。
When you press SHARE, score data is sent to our community server.
「SHARE」ボタンを押した際、スコアデータを当社のコミュニティサーバーに送信します。

On-device results are stored in the app's sandbox. Uninstalling the app completely removes all on-device data.
Score data sent to the server is stored in our database. To request deletion of submitted data, please contact us.
端末内の測定結果はアプリのサンドボックス内に保存されます。アプリをアンインストールすると端末内データは完全に消去されます。
サーバーに送信されたスコアデータは、当社のデータベースに保存されます。送信済みデータの削除を希望する場合は、お問い合わせください。
We do not sell or share user data with third parties, except where required by law (e.g. a valid court order or law enforcement request).
The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.
当社は、ユーザーのデータを第三者に販売・共有しません。ただし、法令に基づく開示（裁判所・捜査機関等からの法的根拠のある要請）の場合を除きます。
本アプリは広告SDK・分析SDK・クラッシュ報告SDKを含みません。
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的にデータを収集することはありません。
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users via the App Store / Google Play listing or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
本ポリシーに重要な変更がある場合は、App Store / Google Play のアプリ説明またはアプリ内にてお知らせします。変更後もアプリを継続使用された場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
